Welcome to DigitalKunst.dk. Below you will find our terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases made on our website. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

Payment

At DigitalKunst.dk, we offer several payment options:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• MobilePay
• Klarna

We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

When paying with Klarna , you receive your goods first and then pay your monthly installment. Failure to pay may result in fees.

Reservation of Amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. It is automatically released if we do not withdraw the money, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Delivery

We offer delivery with the following options:

• Delivery to the door For a fee of 12.75 EUR, depending on where in the world it is.

Delivery time:3-7 business days.

Parcel shop delivery:You will receive notification via email and SMS when your package is ready for pickup.

Business delivery:Please ensure that the company name and delivery address are correct, and that someone is present at the address between 8 AM and 4 PM. A missing company name may result in the package being redirected to the nearest parcel shop.

Large paintings (100×100 cm or larger):These are delivered directly to your residence by freight forwarder. Alternatively, pickup can be arranged at the freight forwarder’s depot. If the item is to be left unattended, it is done at your own risk.

All shipments are insured and can be tracked via track & trace.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days. Fortrydelsesfristen løber fra den dag, du modtager varen.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Notify us within the deadline by contacting us via email at info@digitalkunst.dk with the following information:

• Your name
• Address
• Order number

You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this text.

Please note that you cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Return
After giving notice of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. Return costs are covered by you as the buyer. The item must be returned to:

The item must be securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. If the item is damaged during transport, you are liable as the sender.

Condition of the Item upon Return

Ved returnering skal varen være i samme stand, som du modtog den. Hvis varen er brugt ud over, hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå dens art, funktion og egenskaber, forbeholder vi os retten til at reducere tilbagebetalingen svarende til varens værdiforringelse.

Refund

Når vi har modtaget og godkendt varen, tilbagebetaler vi købsbeløbet (inkl. eventuelle leveringsomkostninger) inden for 14 daysThe amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

As a consumer, you have a two-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or material faults. Defects caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

If you discover a defect, contact us as soon as possible at info@digitalkunst.dkComplaints made within 2 months are always considered timely.

For approved complaints, we cover reasonable shipping costs for the return. Remember to send the item securely packaged and include proof of purchase, such as a copy of the invoice.

Privacy Policy

We store and process your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The information we collect is used solely to process your order.

We only share your information with third parties when necessary for delivery and payment. All information is securely stored and deleted after five years unless otherwise required by law.

You have the right to access the information we have about you and can have it corrected or deleted at any time. Contact us at info@digitalkunst.dk for inquiries.
